CDN Rules of Conduct
By asking Ian Hamilton (alpha) for hosting, and by uploading content to a specific directory at centraldown.com, you (being the webmaster) agree to the following rules of conduct.
1. Your website must not contain any of the following: A) Hacking materials (including spyware, viruses, warez etc.) B) Pornographic materials (including pictures, text files, movies, etc.), C) information about bomb making and/or other questionable content. If you're not sure about whats ok, ASK!
2. Your website must NOT cause any damage to computers accessing it. If it does cause damage to any computer, you will be held responsible, and will possibly lose hosting if the damage was caused intentionally.
3. Your website must not link to any undesirable materials (see #1 for examples).
4. Your site must not contain mp3's and/or other music mediums that are copyrighted by artists other than yourself. You may host mp3's of which you are the artist.
5. Your site must not contain any programs or other files that are copyrighted by any other individual, business, organization, company or corporation.
6. Your site must not contain any racial, sexual, religious, or cultural slanders.
7. Your site must not plagiarize any other text and/or written source including books, magazines, forums, other websites, etc.
8. You may not host sites seperate to your own on your Central Down Network account. Doing so will result in an immediate termination of your account and the deletion of all your files.
9. Your site must abide by all laws set forth by the state in which you reside and laws set forth by the United States of America.
10. By uploading content to your new website hosted by centraldown.com, you agree to these rules, and also to the Terms of Service. You also must have read, understood, and agreed to the Legal Notices for Cental Down. All rules and information contained in that page apply to members of the Central Down Network.
Breaking one or any of these rules will result in the immediate termination your hosting agreement. Your site shall be deleted, and your FTP privileges will be revoked.

CDN Terms of Service
By asking Ian Hamilton for hosting on the Central Down Network, and by uploading content to your your Central Down Network subdomain, you automatically agree to these following terms of service. From here forward, the Central Down Network will be referred to as CDN.
You agree to follow each and every rule laid down in the Rules of Conduct. In addition, you agree not to press charges against Ian Hamilton in any court of law in regards to the CDN or your site hosted on the CDN, or what happens to your computer and/or the computers of others (this includes loss of information, and any damage caused to your computer and/or the computers of others).
You agree to put a CDN banner (provided by Ian Hamilton via email) on your index page. You agree that no technical support is included in your membership to the CDN.
You agree that Ian Hamilton has every right to revoke your membership and delete your site for any reason without telling you.
You agree that Ian Hamilton can change the Terms of Service and Rules of Conduct when he sees fit without informing the members of the CDN.
You agree not to press charges in any court of law against any of the other CDN members unless they have violated a law in regards to your site.
You agree not to attempt to hack and/or change http://www.centraldown.com and/or any other CDN site without the authorization of the webmaster of the respective site. Doing so will result in the cancellation of your membership with CDN and the immediate deletion of your website. In addition, your actions shall be made known to the correct athorities. If you somehow gain access to files on CDN that you should not (ie. Central Down files, other network member's files) you agree to notify Ian Hamilton immediately and refrain from accessing the files again.
You agree not to steal any material from any other company, business, website, book, magazine or other informational source, including other CDN sites.
You agree to host only your own original material.
You agree to disallow any other person from using your FTP username and password to access any information on your site or other CDN sites. Doing so will result in the cancellation of your CDN account and the immediate deletion of your site.
